My daughters went to the birthday party of one of their friends yesterday, and this is one of the favors they received.
IT'S JUST TOO STINKIN' CUTE!!!!
I'm going to have to try making these. It's simply a very large marshmallow drenched in colored sugar, then topped with colored icing and sugar candy decorations. Set inside a colorful cupcake wrapper, then impaled on a skewer, it becomes a Marshmallow Cupcake on a Stick!
Here it is in a cellophane bag and ribbons:

The huge marshmallow is white, but it is covered in blue sugar crystals. Not sure how they did that... but I'm going to find out!!! :)

Did you ever find out how they made the sugar stick to the marshmallows? My daughter wants me to make theses for her class.
