I have been waiting patiently for eggs. Good thing my girls weren&#39;t laying throughout the summer. This south Texas heat would have fried the eggs as soon as they were layed!<br /><br />2 weeks ago, we got our first egg. I was soooo excited. Even took a picture of it! (Gotta post that picture on the blog!) A few days later, one of the layer&#39;s sisters decided she would start laying too. Fast forward 2 weeks, and 4 of the girls are giving us an egg a day. <br /><br />Recipes will be coming soon! Pound cake, deviled eggs, frittata, migas, huevos rancheros...
